This is the foundation module in which you will embark on a powerful journey of self-discovery. Honoring your thoughts, emotions, and needs as you discover, acknowledge and bring them into your awareness. By the end of this module, you will know how the mind works, why you might self-sabotage and experience internal conflicts and how to reprogram your mind.

Find the answers to the most frequently asked questions so that you can make the best decision for you.

Emotions are a normal part of the human experience and in some cases negative emotions are even necessary for growth, change and moving forward. Throughout the program you will learn how to access your inner resources and how to unconditionally accept yourself. You will learn to understand negative emotions and strategies to shift your Emotional state if you wish so, this can certainly make negative emotions less frequent and less intense. We wouldn’t trust anyone who claims negative emotions can be stopped. This is not healthy nor humanly possible.

We know life can be busy! That’s why we offer life-time access to the program and you can follow the entire journey at your own pace.

The program is usually completed within 6 weeks. The entire course is seven hours. Please allow extra time to complete the exercises. We advise to work on one module each week, but you can dedicate more time, if you wish so.

After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique password. You can access the course via the ‘Login’ area on our website. All the sessions are audio recorded to make it easier to follow the Program on the go. Most sessions come with a workbook and a PDF summary.

Only if you want to. We have created fillable workbooks so that you can type on the go from your device. (Saving trees ☺ We love our environment!) – We have only chosen very light colors so that if you do decide to print, it will be lighter on toner.

In this course you’ll learn how to shift any emotional state (Module 2). We find that most of our anxieties are caused by underlying fears and unhelpful thinking patterns. The session on overcoming fear (module 5) can help you to address the root cause that might be causing anxiety. 

You will also learn how to boost your confidence which can also help you to reduce anxiety and depression (Module 3).

In the course you will also learn step by step processes to tackle Self Doubt traps that can lead to depression (Module 4)

In this program, you will learn how to cultivate a positive/flexible mindset and how to love yourself unconditionally. People who have a positive mindset are less likely to experience depression and are certainly more resilient than those with a negative mindset.

We are Patrizia and Camilla Jones founders of the Emotional Shift – a women’s group, and IPHM accredited training providers. Our mission is to help you stop self-sabotage, unleash your potential and create the life you truly desire.
All of our work is based on our experience and passion for personal development. Patrizia is also a Registered Nurse and a certified Life Coach specializing in Rational Emotive Behavior Techniques, with a Master Degree in Public Health and a PhD in Metaphysical Counselling. We have worked for the NHS for over 15 years supporting people throughout their healing journey, both physically and emotionally. We hope to do so for many more years to come. We are nature lovers and always say yes to a nice cup of tea.
