The terms constitute an agreement between Emotional Shift (emotionalshift.net), the “Site”, also referred to as “we,” “us” or “our”) and you governing your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you and any entity you are authorised to represent (“you”) agree to be bound by these terms.
In addition, these terms regulate the business relationship between you and Programs and services offered by Emotional Shift. When you purchase any Programs or Services offered by Emotional Shift. you agree to be bound by the these Terms and Conditions.

All services and Programs are billed in the United Kingdom.
Payment shall be made using Stripe or PayPal which process through our secure checkout page.
In the event that your payment is not received on the date due, you will have a five (5) day period to make the payment. If you do not pay by this time your access to our programs will end and we reserve the right to revoke your access immediately and permanently.
Please note that monthly payments may not be stopped unless a formal refund request is received per the terms noted below.
When an online course has been purchased and emailed over to the customer as an e-document or digital product we regret that no refunds can be made as the materials are non returnable when accessed digitally.
Due to the nature of commitment, no refund is issued for live events, workshops and classes. In the event that a workshop or class is cancelled, we will offer you full refund or the option to reserve the next available date of the same event.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Emotional Shift website and products.
When you sign up to any of the online programs created by Emotional Shift, you will receive your login details by email, in which case you are advised to keep your username and password highly confidential. You are responsible for any kind of activity associated with the account details provided.
In case of unauthorized usage, you are required to notify us as soon as possible. We are not held responsible for any kind of loss suffered due to unauthorized usage of your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of account information.
We collect your details in order to:
Send information; respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or question; We may send you an email to request a review of our Services, products, and programs so that we can improve your experience. We may send to you via email: information, coupons, and news that we think you may be interested to.
Process request and to send information and updates pertaining to your request. However, you must provide us with complete and accurate details;
We may also send you additional information related to our service, Fees and Charges, Payments and Change of Service.
