This course marks the beginning of a positive life. There is no greater fulfillment than living with positive self regard and a heart filled with unconditional self-acceptance. In this course, you will learn how to stop fighting yourself, healing emotional wounds from the past and begin to love and accept yourself unconditionally.

Lesson 2. If only everything was perfect: Letting go of expectations.

Lesson 3. Developing self-acceptance.

Lesson 4. The inner critic: How to let go of toxic criticism.

Lesson 5. Meeting your inner saboteur: how to soften its voice.

Lesson 6. Self-compassion: how to cultivate love and kindness.

Lesson 7. Mindfulness: how to find inner peace and leave in the now.

Lesson 8. Reconnecting with and healing your inner child.

Lesson 9. Tips to overcome a difficult childhood.

Lesson 10. Self-forgiveness: Letting go of resentment, guilt, and shame.

These are short meditations with a series of positive affirmations for wellbeing. When you make these empowering affirmations your own, they will assist you in creating a positive life.

  5. I am finding my inner truth.
  6. I love myself because I am worthy of love.
  7. I release any need to judge myself or others.

There are no prerequisites for this course. It’s open to anyone who desires to develop unconditional self-acceptance and live a more positive life.

Your success in this course depends on your ability to put the information into practice. The information is simple, but understanding the information is insufficient. You have to be willing to do the exercises and implement the strategies in your life.

When you cultivate unconditional self-acceptance, you can free yourself from the past, make new choices, and open the gateway to new possibilities. You also learn how accepting others and life situations unconditionally restores your emotional wellbeing and empowers you to live a positive life.

After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique password. You can access the course via the ‘Login’ area on our website. The Unconditional Self-Acceptance Course is designed to take 3 weeks to complete, but you’ll have access for 6 months after you enroll so that you can work at your own pace. Plus you’ll be able to download the audio mp3s and course material and keep them forever.

Only if you want to. We have created fillable workbooks so that you can type on the go from your device. (Saving trees ☺ We love our environment!) – We have only chosen very light colors so that if you do decide to print, it will be lighter on toner.
